Slawek was so lovely and really looked after me. The colour is amazing. It took a very long time! But it was worth it- I love it. And for the whole experience very good value.
In addition the treatment was exactly as described on Treatwell.

I visited the salon after reading good reviews, I want to achieve the popular ombre look on my highlighted light blonde hair, (i'm narutally a dark blonde) sadly the end result was not at all what I had hoped or asked for. I did bring in pictures of the look I wanted to acheive, but I ended up being very dark with little blonde contrast at all. Slawek was very understanding and he did say if I wasn't happy with the result to come back, so I decide to take him up on the offer, as I had especially wanted my hair done for my 30th birthday, so wanted to make sure I was right. However sadly there wasn't much of a improvement & my roots were left with a red undertone, although the ends did look a bit better after being lightened. Sadly I wasn't really happy with the end result on this ocassion.
