Booked here as it was the only place local to me that had anything available, the lady who cut my hair didn't introduce herself at all and was very miserable through out cutting and blow drying my hair. My appointment lasted 50 mins during this time I was only asked what I wanted doing to my hair, wasn't offered any tea/coffee drink while other customer were. Hair was okay and the blow dry wasn't the best as my curls fell out an hour or so later. The salon it self was pretty clean just the staff not very friendly, fair to say I won't be visiting Sherbert again!!!

I went for my hair colouring and was very happy to find that this is the first salon that's managed to do exactly the colour I want! Really happy with the results, staff were lovely, and the salon itself was very nice, relaxed and unpretentious, and staff were smiley and friendly! Will definitely be returning when my roots start to show...!

Even though there was building work going on the staff were excellent as always!
Having to walk around the building outside to mix colours didn't even phase the staff
Excellent service and Sam did an excellent job on my hair colour and blow dried to perfection

Good experience. Happy with results. Had lots of compliments on my hair. Extra highlights added at reasonable cost which was nice.
