On first entrance to the salon I was slightly worried as it was very empty (although it was a weekday morning). However I was greeted with a smile and my stylist did a great job - I had foils and roots coloured, and she talked me through every step to make sure I was happy with the treatment. When the colour came off, my stylist let me decide whether to add a toner which I chose to do to blend the colour a bit more. Overall my experience was good and I would return.
