It was my first time visiting The Hackney Wagon, and it won’t be my last!! Super cool atmosphere and salon, Leo was friendly, chatty and made me feel comfortable. The wax was virtually painless and I’m very happy with the results!

Leo was lovely and explained everything she was doing. The organization was very smooth. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a cosy / safe environment.

Awful treatment from the venue's manager. I was told I did not have enough time to complete what i had booked in for despite arriving 10 minutes earlier and waiting around for 15 minutes between appointments and am now unable to get any sort of refund.
The wax was also half done and was told i couldn't finish it as someone else had already gone in the room.
Would definitely not recommend, such a shame as the area is really in need of a nice, welcoming salon.
