I had an appointment booked but they had me waiting for around 15’ minutes without letting me know what the delay was what I thought was unprofessional. When I was eventually taken to my chair the area smelt of strong urine it was disgusting and to have to breathe that smell in while getting a treatment is terrible. I would not recommend going here I thought I would try this place as it’s local but I certainly wouldn’t be back again and not for the price.
