One of the worst, messiest gel manicures I’ve ever had. Therapist was nice but the process took absolutely ages, shape of the nails totally uneven and wonky, rough jagged edges, paint all over skin and thick paint bumps on the nail, gave me a deep cut on one finger and kept filing my skin - ouch!
No music, total silence through the whole treatment, zero atmosphere.
More expensive than my usual place to make it worse. Wanted this place to be good as it’s convenient but I defo won’t return!
