I booked an hour luxury facial appointment and they gave me a 45mins length of service.
Therapist was yawning at least over 30 times towards to the end. I understand we can all get tired but it was not the quality I expected or the attitude. She was falling asleep at some point while giving a massage.
When I confronted her she didn’t offer any kinds of partial refund or anything but appologised saying she didn’t check the time.
