Just wonderful, Olivia my therapist put me at ease straight away and was exceptionally calming, professional and extremely skilled.
The experience was relaxing and very rewarding.
The facility was first class and I am looking forward to returning as soon as possible.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst spa days we have had. On arrival we were told the hot tub was broken , £10 per person was taken off the final bill but this then left us with a pool with no view just dirty looking windows the room was so bright you felt like you needed sunglasses and the steam room and sauna was too hot to even enter ( we weren’t the only ones to say this ) service and atmosphere in the restaurant wasn’t great we got our first drink and no opportunity to get another
