Was a fantastic day and great value for money. The changing rooms did smell quite badly of mould but it didn’t affect the day.

Lovely massage and therapists. All staff made you feel welcome. Relaxing area was very relaxing. Would have been nice to have own changing room.
Roof in pool needs replacing. Kept getting dripped on and it looked dirty. Also Radiator in ladies toilets (rusty).

There are some basic things that need addressing: the plastic cover to the swimming pool should be permanent, giving views across the golf course; there are no toilets in the changing rooms and the sauna and steam rooms weren't consistently hot.
The lunch, the service and the massage were all excellent, though and we got good value for money all round.

Every single member of staff was so friendly and super helpful! From the spa to the restaurant. Our treatments were lovely! All staff were so attentive and nothing was too much!
Our customers journey was perfect! A very relaxing day!
The only thing I’d say that was not great was the hot tub needed a little clean, it was murky and you could see dirty scum on water and side. We decided not to use it.
Apart from that, everything was great! A lovely place to visit! We’d visit again!
