Food was yummy, facilities ok. One of the therapists was off unwell (can't be helped) They tried hard to offer alternative treatments but for various reasons, these weren't any good for myself or my friend, so reluctantly we had to reduce our 55 hour treatment to a 25 minute treatment. We did pay for the reduced spa day experience but felt that maybe some complimentary drinks or something could have been offered by way of an apology. Wouldn't cost them much but would've gone a long way.

There were no cubicles in the changing rooms. The lockers were ridiculous to use due to the shape. The changing room was cold and there was a distinct smell of damp or mould.
