We had a really lovely spa day from the massage to the afternoon tea. The staff couldn't be more accommodating for anything we needed

The actual facial was lovely and Mia was very welcoming.
Unfortunately the state of the facilities is unacceptable to not be mentioned. Nowhere on the website did it mention that the spa/pool facilities were under construction and weren't usable.
