This was the best spa day ever , the experience right from the start from the welcoming receptionist through the the fabulous therapists. The restaurant staff couldn't have been kinder, even seeking out the ingredients for the delicious sauce on our lunch.

Massage was lovely but the therapy room and relaxation lounge were cold. I felt chilly throughout my treatment despite being given a blanket. Not very relaxing. Massage was great however.
