Made to feel very welcome, Amy was attentive, friendly and immediately put me at ease. Lovely addition was the offer of either a head massage or arm/hand massage during the treatment. Definitely will be re-booking!

My daughter and myself had the most amazing relaxing morning by the pool followed by some delicious lunch . In the afternoon we both had a treatment with Georgie which again was first class we will definitely be back . Linda Abbie

We booked a spa day and the massage treatments were AMAZING!! Georgie was exceptional and because of this we will re-book
Parts could improve:
> There was no-one at the spa reception to explain what do do, where to go etc, we just read a note, took a towel and asked questions disturbing the day of others.
> There was water leaking from the roof and it spoilt our new book and mags whilst we were swimming.
> It took over 35 mins for food to arrive, took it in a container to make the school run.

From the moment we arrived Jack on reception made us laugh! We had a moment with the locker number! Funny though! Loved the pool and facilities- wish we could have stayed in there longer but lunch awaited. Amazing - we had the roast. It was delicious and the staff especially the dark haired lady and the young girl were great and attentive.
