Absolutely lovely day. From initial enquiries to leaving after our afternoon tea, nothing was too much trouble.
Georgie was amazing, fab massage.
There were some building works going on, everyone apologised for the noise, however it didn’t spoil the day at all

All of the staff at the spa were friendly and helpful, couldn't fault them in the slightest.
The robes we were given were tatty and falling apart in places which was disappointing.
When in the relaxation room you could hear the hair dryers from the changing rooms so didn't have the most relaxed atmosphere.
The overall experience wasn't very relaxing, the pool area was loud.
Absolutely loved my massage, the therapist was lovely.

Having to get dressed to eat lunch made our experience not so relaxed. You should have a different area for lunch for spa days. This made it that we didn’t want to get back into wet costumes to continue our day so we left at 2.15 pm

Whilst therapist was quite friendly, when I got home and had a good look at my nails I was not overly impressed,the colour does not look even and there are quite a few bits and imperfections in the result I.e almost like there was dust or something similar either in the polish or left on the nails from being filed, I gave been going to skylark for several years now and it was not my normal therapist, I am normally happy with the result but not this time
