Spa treatment was great really enjoy this and Amy and Olivia , we’re amazing. The guy ( don’t know his name ) that showed us where things are etc was lovely. The food was great in the restaurant and service was excellent.
I thought it all was great. But the pool area seem tired . Could do with deep around windows, the way you walk to the spa entrance outside going pass it didn’t look great . Will be back as stuff we’re excellent 👍🏽

The staff are all really lovely and helpful however, the swimming area really needs sorting out.
It was raining outside and the roof was dripping in numerous places. The sun lounges were wet, there was 3 of us and we had to share otherwise we would get wet.
Was the same in the hot tub, kept getting dripped on.
In the corner of the sauna there was ants.
Also there was swimming lessons taking place so not the most relaxing of experiences.
Olivia did our treatments and she was lovely and very good

Main issues. When a wedding is on I was astounded we all shared the same toilets.when walking around in my dressing gown there were loads of girls and boys drunk down in the spa area. Also a general clean in the swimming pool area and other areas including ladies showers, mouldy shower curtains.

The message was lovely, Olivia was super friendly. Everything that was provided was good and clean. Only thing I would say was there was swimming lessons going on in the pool so it wasn’t as peaceful as to other spas I’ve been too if you are looking for super quiet/chilled spa. The steam room is super good. The food was delicious too!
