We had a really nice time - started with the pool/hot tub/sauna and then went and relaxed before our treatment. One of our party changed her mind and Olivia was very accommodating. She was very lovely, gentle and professional.
one point I would make is that a rough time limit for hot tub use would be good - or get another one maybe. But all in all we had a lovely day.

Towels were too small no fluffy robes and there was an extra charge for slippers. Pool was not very relaxing as lots of splashing kids but I guess it's to be expected at half term, but didn't give that relaxing Spa feel. Swedish massage with Olivia was the saving grace. Lovely person and relaxing treatment. Thank you Olivia
