Myself and my mum had a rejuvenate spa package and paid extra to have a zenspa pedicure. The facials were ok.
The pedicures were quite poor. Polish not removed, nails not filed/cut adequately. Placed in uncomfortable positions. No effort was put into foot filing. Treatment was 20 min short.
Pedicure was closer to a file and polish at best rather than zenspa.
We won't be returning to Skylark as we also had issues with hot tub & lunch

All the staff I came across were so friendly. The nail polish I had in mind was available (glitter red) so I was thrilled to have what I had envisioned for a Xmas party. Gabby was so so friendly and great to talk to as well. Can’t wait to come back!
