Treatment was ok but therapist didn’t have a clue that I had a spa experience and was very vague as to what was included. The spa area was tired and unhygienic and I didn’t even want to go in the steam room or have a shower!

The treatment was fine but I do feel it was overpriced.
The environment was totally silent and had no atmosphere initially, but then all of a sudden loud dance music.
The person who performed my treatment also told me how little experience she had, and I do feel that a reduced price should be offered initially in these circumstances.
