The treatment at the spa was really good and Olivia made me feel comfortable which is most important.
One thing I will say is there was no towels when we came and they said they would get us some and they didn't. Secondly, there was a baby having a swimming lesson and the spa was pretty busy not very relaxing to be honest and not enough beds to actually relax.

Unfortunately, not the spas fault, but there was a party of 6 celebrating a birthday at the same time as our visit. They drank quite a lot throughout their time and were very loud and rude (taking tops off in the pool, with children present)
The spa staff were really great and found us somewhere else to sit but unfortunately it did spoil it for us a little, even at lunch time in the restaurant.
Pool area a little tired, in need of a refurb, beds dirty too. Otherwise lovely and would go again
