Friendly and chatty, but unfortunately on a couple of nails the polish shrunk… I know this can happen, but was told didn’t have enough time to sort them so instead filed the nail so it didn’t show, and no oil was applied to cuticles. Overall they look nice but feel they should have been better.

Really amazing customer serivce. The receptionists spend ages looking for my daughter's lost necklace that we couldn't find, and found it! Really helpful explaining how the spa day worked and getting coffees and food organised. They made us feel really welcome.
