We were warmly welcomed by all the staff. They took time to make us feel comfortable. Everything was clearly explained.
The amenities were good and very clean.
Our therapists were so kind, and we had the best facials we’ve ever experienced.
We stayed for lunch and enjoyed our meal, which was delivered swiftly and efficiently.
I would strongly recommend a visit.

The Skylark Golf and Country Spa is set in a semi residential area which makes the entrance very peaceful. Everyone that I encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The spa itself, offered a selection of treatments. I had a Swedish massage and a facial, both of which was performed by Olivia, who was excellent.

My friend and I had a very nice day, out catch up was long over due. Both agreed service was fab,
Both in the spa & restaurant.
I did see quite a lot of black mould around the pool & in the showers.
The jucuzzi wasn’t working , and the steam room & sauna was a bit grubby !
The lockers needs to be updated was given a pad lock for the door .
1 locker between 2 people .
The pool roof seemed to be leaking in places & our dressing gowns got very wet when left on the chairs while we had a swim.

The spa area was relaxing and had a calming atmosphere. Unfortunately during my massage I could hear women laughing and talking loudly outside the room in the waiting area, this did spoil my relaxation but I still enjoyed the experience.
Olivia was friendly, welcoming and was a good masseur, overall it was a good experience.
