The spa area was relaxing and had a calming atmosphere. Unfortunately during my massage I could hear women laughing and talking loudly outside the room in the waiting area, this did spoil my relaxation but I still enjoyed the experience.
Olivia was friendly, welcoming and was a good masseur, overall it was a good experience.

Olivia and the facial were lovely. The pool area was very tired and the so called hot tub was not hot and didn’t even work properly. I didn’t bother getting in. When led on the loungers you were dripped on from the condensation from the roof. There was only a cold shower to rinse off in before going in the pool or hot tub. The showers in the changing rooms had mould as well as the shower curtains.
Classic Facials
The massage was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area looked liked it could do with a bit of TLC and revamping eg tiles in steam room looked old and tired, the handle into hot tub was rusty, edge tiles in pool have seen better days. There were no changing cubicles so felt very self conscious when getting changed. Massage oils didn’t smell of anything, but the actual massage was great.
