I was very pleased with my treatment and treatment/relaxation area was lovely. Would look at going to back just for treatment.
Nineteen restaurant was fantastic, food was of a high standard and very reasonably priced so that £15 budget included in Rejuvenate Spa Package went a long way.
Spa facilities (pool/hot tub/ loungers etc.) a bit dated and unkept. Sauna was ok. Steam room wasn’t working. Although the area was nice and quiet with a just a few people around before lunch.

The massage treatment and lunch were excellent. But the spa area was cold and drafty. The jacuzzi was very dirty and had a scum and hair floating we got out after a minute. The steam room was barely working went in twice and no steam whatsoever. Behind the jacuzzi was green on the walls. My wife's robe had a 3 inch patch missing like something had been torn out. And her shower cubicle had mould growing on the shower curtain. Food was good but overall felt dirty and would not return.
