Please thank Charlotte (and the team) for making this an exceptional and so special experience. I have been fortunate to have a facial in a few lovely places over the years, including overseas, but the facial with your Charlotte is next level. She is an exceptional member of your loyal and dedicated team. Her knowledge, expertise and warm/ wise personality make her really stand out. Never have I enjoyed and benefitted from a facial so much, plus a first- class pedicure from Charlotte too. Bravo!

Good facilities, but poor Internet access in the gym, and unable to connect my phone to bluetooth either.

I would definitely do this again in the new year. I have never had a facial before and 2 weeks later my skin is still glowing and I have had so many people comment on my skin.
Olivia was great and made me feel at ease.
I would like to say the atmosphere at the spa was so calming, it was a shame that during my treatment someone was moving furniture around above the room which was really unrelaxing. It wasn't for long but long enough to be annoying and disruptive and the opposite of relaxing.
