The massage part of the experience was great, and Charlotte put me at ease straight away. However, the other facilities were very tired and needed improvement. The swimming pool area is in a conservatory type building ... it was raining, and the roof was leaking drops of water everywhere. The jacuzzi wasn't working properly ... the water was warm but the jets weren't working. The changing area was adequate but would definitely suggest larger lockers, and to bring your own padlock.

Amy & Charlotte were lovely therapists. All of the party enjoyed the treatments & will definitely look to come back again especially for the neck/back massage!
The restaurant staff were all very attentive & the food was delicious!

Good value for money. 1 x 30 min treatment, lunch and use of the Spa. All staff very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. Afternoon tea looked good. Lots of people in restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Didn't feel rushed. Back massage was great and therapists friendly. Could do with a bin in the changing rooms for the used towels/robes. Only issue was the condensation in pool area otherwise a lovely time.
