My visit included an additional 2hr spa experience . Very disappointed . The hot tub was closed the swimming pool was cool and there was no reason to sit on wet,cold beds by the pool as no warmth. Just felt underwhelming. The treatment was excellent and would return for a treatment but not to use the spa.

Gel Nails Manicure
I was bought a luxury spa day as a gift through Red Letter Day. I have to say the facilities were some of the worst I have seen. There was nothing luxury about it. I took magazines and a kindle to read at the pool side (as I do on most spa days) and couldn’t relax because everything was soaking, the loungers, chairs and side tables. The condensation was appalling and so bad it was dripping on my face from the ceiling whilst I was laid there.
