I had a negative experience at Textures. The hairdresser was not welcoming, I was told after 10 minutes that he was running 20 minutes late, then finally it was my turn.... 45 minutes late. No patch test was done (this is a legal requirement) I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. He had the cheek to charge me an extra £10 because the roots round the back were "too long" (they were 2 inches!)
