I'm torn on how to review this as I was left with a hair colour that I didn't expect! I will start with the good bits:- Nice clean salon, easy to find and 3hrs free parking outside. Sanj was very polite and chatty, giving me tips on hair care and offering a tea/coffee. Advice given on hair colour and what shade I wanted which was chocolate brown; not too dark. Colour was put on, washed off later on and a lovely head massage. All good so far. HOWEVER, my hair is now black, not brown and it took me 1.5hrs scrubbing my forehead and neck with acetone to get rid of the dye that had leaked onto my skin and kindly laughed at by colleagues at work the next day. Not a great experience as I rarely use dye on my hair. It was a good price but the result for me was not what I wanted sadly and would not go back.

Sanj was great! I didn't come in with a clear idea of what I wanted and he did made some great suggestions and I love the cut (and the head massage/shampoo part)! I will definitely be back and would recommend.

Based on the reviews I decided to visit Textures Hair. I'm always hesitant about the reviews I read and wonder if they will match my expectations and on this occasion they did achieve what I was expecting. I found Sanjeev to be a professional hairdresser/stylist who has the knowledge and passion to provide a great service. You can tell he cares for his customers and makes an effort to deliver a great result. Attention to detail is something many hairdressers lack but I'm glad Sanjeev is not one of the bunch. I'm glad to have found a great hairdresser.
