The facial was superb, the food was great.
The facilities were diabolical. Dirty, mouldy, scummy, basic...the pool is in a greenhouse almost and no windows/ doors were allowed to be open.
It was like an oven, very unpleasant.
The showers were full of mould, hair in the sink, paint peeling everywhere, sunbeds full of limescale. It really was rundown.
The "spa experience" wasn't great.
There should be water fountains , tea & coffee making facilities (especially in the relaxation room).

Our first time having a pamper spa day. Most members of staff were attentive. Would of liked the massage at the end of our day as after lunch didn’t fancy getting back in pool. Massage and Olivia was the best part. The food was good. When all staff together at the bar forgot to bring us our dessert menu and we were the only ones there! All in all 3/5

Always have a lovely spa day here! Jack & the team are so friendly & helpful..Always used to go to The Solent Hotel for spa days until I started going to Skylark.Olivia is very good at massages and very sweet natured.Really can't fault the team!

Would highly recommend Amy. Was pleasantly surprised at how light the hot stone massage was. Skylark is a very relaxing venue 😀
