The lady who did my treatments was so lovely. She made me feel very comfortable and it was a great experience. I didn’t use the spa facilities so had no idea how to answer that one.

A real treat! I had a facial and a full body massage and I left feeling uplifted and relaxed. The lovely Georgie was happy friendly and very knowledgeable. I was made to feel welcome and not rushed off at the end but at my own pace. I could have stayed all day! I will definitely be returning.
Deep Tissue Massage
I have been here twice with separate friends and went for Package B both times, the ladies doing the facials, massage and gel nails were amazing, and the treatments themselves leave you so relaxed as a spa should. The "spa" part itself is just a little space with 2 small treatment rooms and the location is more of a Sports Annex, there are always weddings going on so you don't feel the tranquillity. For the Spa Ladies and Spa Treatment I award 4.5 to 5* - they are excellent and excellent value for money.
For the rest of the experience I award this a minus. The staff seem disinterested in providing us with our afternoon tea and lunch, we had to ask for almost everything. We were sat at the sports bar on both occasions which was dirty and full of bits of food on the floor - and having afternoon tea on a high stool is not my idea of enjoyable. Nor is having several drinkers shouting at the TV! Or being stared at (as it does look out of place to be having afternoon tea in a bar!!) On top of this, the service was terrible on both occasions!
This was my first experience of a spa day and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely be going again.
