The receptionist was very welcoming and the salon has a lot of light, which gives a feeling of space.
Alice, who did my blow-dry, was very friendly, competent, has a lovely calm energy about her and the blow-dry has so far lasted (I write this Tuesday for a blow-dry last Saturday).
The stations are a bit tight, and I had a the impression there was a lot of - perfectly clean! - things lying everywhere, which is what prevented me to give the Ambience 5 Stars.
