It was a great haircut but the girl washing my hair was too hard & rough and gave a really sore head massage to be honest, when it was meant to be relaxing! She prob needs to be re-trained. Also, i felt the toilets werent up to scratch, no paper or soup and they weren't the cleanest. Not what youd expect from a £75 haircut in Chelsea.. But overall the haircut itself was great and what I wanted but the ambience could be improved I feel. Thanks
