Made the journey up there only to be turned away. They said they called me, to say I needed a doctors note - but I emailed them. If you can’t get through to a customer on the phone just respond to their email so that they don’t waste 65 minutes travelling. Very disappointed.

My massage was really good. Probably the best I’ve had in a while. I had a really bad neck pain and I must say it literally vanished the next morning. The ambience was also really nice in the room. No complaints!
