Lady doing my nails was rude after i simply asked her to fix a nail that clearly wasnt done properly. I also asked her name and she hesitated and because of that i dont even know if she end up telling me the correct name. Staff need to understand we customers are paying for a thorough service and that needs to be done accordingly. After she was finished she just got up and moved on to another customer without asking if i was satisfied. Happy to pay more elsewhere after this experience.
