I liked the massage chair but I booked with my friend so we could sit together and they didn't make it happen, also I think it would have been polite to take my bag and coat as I have a leg injury. The pedicure left some tough skin and the manicure was okay but they didn't shape my nails very well and they didn't seem too bothered about giving a good service

Such lovely and accommodating staff! My acrylics look amazing especially the flame nail art that I had done. They can do anything you ask for on your nails for art. Will 100% be back, would recommend

When I arrived, despite telling the employee that I had booked an appointment for acrylic removal, he very angrily stated multiple times ‘what do you want?’ It was very intimidating and unnecessary
