It was pretty busy so I had 2 different people doing the prep and soak off and another one doing the manicure but overall I did not mind, my nails look really good.

Pretty basic venue and setup, but prompt and friendly service and nice touch of offering tea/coffee. Foot/heel care could have been better, but the actual nails looked ok. Good choice of colours too.

They did a good job with the gel manicure. I had a regular pedicure done a few weeks prior that I wasn’t too impressed with. It felt really rushed and she didn’t take much time to do the cuticles.
