I have been to this venue once before and it was great but sadly this time I was left waiting for 35mins with my feet soaking in lukewarm water and when I eventually had my appointment it felt rushed and the quality wasn’t as great as last time. It was incredibly busy but I seemed to be the only one who had booked an appointment, so the long wait and finished result was a little disappointing

Okay experience. Although I felt rushed and the woman was quite rough on my nails, now it’s bleeding in one corner of nail. Pedicure basin and equipment used wasn’t very clean.
