I was left waiting for about 40 minutes after my booked time as the place was so busy and they were accepting walk ins. Pedicure was fine. The manicure was rushed and chipped after 1 day and has already started lifting at the nail beds. I booked a deluxe mani/pedi appointment that should have been 1hr 25 mins - the whole appointment felt rushed (I was in treatment for about 1 hr) and not very deluxe. I would not say it was good value for money.
