Tried to upsell me to gels multiple times even though I was clear I didn't want them. They were clearly bothered by that. The gel removal has absolutely destroyed my nails. They are brittle, broken and rough - likely because they were still trying to convince me to get gels to cover up the roughness. Apparently I still somehow owed them more money because I 'hadn't booked the right thing on Treatwell' which looks to be untrue. That in itself went up from £16 to £17 by the end of the manicure

I booked through treatwell for a 40 min gel delux pedicure. It was the first time I came to the salon. I arrived and there were numerous people waiting to be seen. My apt was at 1030 by 11 I still hadn't been seen. I was taken to a different salon and had to wait longer. Finally got into the seat but by 1130 she had barely started painting the nails. My big toe was cut so short that it is now infected and I'm going to have to go to a professional podiatrist to fix. AVOID
