Gel Nails Manicure
I booked an appointment at 10am and the venue was closed when I got there. I waited 10 minutes and someone came. With a broken English she explained the therapist wasn’t there, she tried to call her and asked me to wait. I was surprised she wasn’t wearing a face mask and coughed a few times when talking to me; I have a vulnerable person at home so i decided to wait in the street until the therapist came, 10 minutes later. Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with my eyebrows after the treatment either.
Eyebrow Threading
Relatively fast service and staff was nice but manicure chipped the next day and eyebrow threading made my skin bleed. Not sure i would visit again

The lady opening the saloon was polite, but she didn´t know I had an appt, she tried to contact the person I had an appt with who called me later saying she couldn´t be there on time as she was stuck on traffic and offered a later on appt which I had to decline as I had other commitments. I know traffic can be an issue, however, she should have contacted me earlier to let me know about this. She said she would cancel the appt, however, they still charged me for a service I haven´t received.
