they forced me into getting a treatment done. They didn’t explain all the steps beforehand even though I had asked. They refused to stop the treatment and give me a refund. They operate illegally taking only cash and nothing is sanitised everything smells of ammonia. The nails were thick and terrible. The girl that was doing them severely burnt my cuticles with the gel and when I told her that it burns she just shoved my hand back in the lamp. they were very pushy, rude and even yelled at us
