Unfortunately, not the best experience. I was seen 35 minutes late, had booked with T but ended up with someone else, and the final result was quite disappointing. My nails are uneven and the polish isn’t applied consistently, so the colour looks different from one nail to another. The staff were lovely and apologised several times, but unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the service.
