The salon owner is rude, tells lies and steals. Booked in error as this salon shows up in searches for the Holloway road Skye nails and the owner refused to cancel my appointment or refund me £77. Then later accused me of calling her names to which I did no such thing. I simply called and explained the error and she point blank refused to offer any solutions even though forfeit of payment isn't stated in their cancellation policy- even though this wasn't a typical cancellation. Steer clear.

overall a good pedicure and nice atmosphere at the salon. a point down just for the gel polish colour and quality, it was meant to be a dark opaque brown but it ended up being Sheerer and lighter than it should have been
