I couldn’t make it as my son fell ill. I called them and they said - no problem we will reschedule. I called today and they asked me to come at 2pm. I reached there and they said I need to pay 35% extra as Treatwell charged them commission . And they refused to provide me service- for which they have already been paid by Treatwell. “You are Treatwell customer, not my customer”. They take customers money and then refuse to provide service without telling me advance what I need to do.
