Waited 15 mins for appointment - why have a booking system then don’t abide by it? Salon is small and cramped, boiling hot, annoying “hold” style music - not relaxing at all. Therapist filed fingers rather than nails. Finish is ok but really thick

Awesome experience. The quality of the nails are perfect. The location is convenient with a car park nearby. The venue had nice lemongrass scent all around.
