Very polite, professional student therapist. Punctual. Lovely products.
Only room for improvement might be the comfort-factor. Rather than a specific comfy pedicure chair, it was a normal desk chair with legs up on therapists lap - only a small issue though, overall it was lovely.

The academy was very easy to locate from Loughton station, the interior was clean and staff were very welcoming and professional. The actual massage was performed very well and made me very relaxed and at ease. Considering this is an academy the girls are handling the salon appointments very well! Would definitely recommend considering the good value!
