I've had some fat freezing before but nothing as thorough and diligent as with Carla. She's also really lovely throughout and I can't wait to go back for other treatments.

Carla is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and caring and put me at ease. She was great with checking in with me as she applied the treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending her and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Always greeted with a smile. Carla is a very caring young lady who puts you at ease straight away. She talks you through everything you are having done so you are fully aware of what’s going to happen. I am an older lady & was a little embarrassed when I first went,but Carla makes you feel so relaxed that your embarrassment just goes out the window! Would highly recommend as treatment & service is of very high quality. Thank you carla

Carla is very welcoming & friendly. She explains everything fully so you know exactly what to expect. She is very knowledgeable & passionate about her job which is good. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is thinking of having any of their treatments. I was unwell & couldn’t make an appointment & Carla was so understanding even tho I let her down on the day. Lovely experience all round,thank you so much Carla x
