I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist
When i went for my treatment with habiba,- she didnt explain anything she was doing it was more me asking questions.
i was left unattended in the room for approx 10-15 mins during treatment.
When i went to pay and asked her about products, she was too busy on her phone which i found really unprofessional.I was told about an aftercare form too which i didnt get at the end.
my scars didnt really clear up too so i felt a little shortchanged
