Unfortunately I had gone through a miscarriage and my skin was extremely hormonal and sore due to the spots that suddenly appeared. I explained what had happened and Helima changed my treatment from a microdermabrasion to superfacial treatment. I trusted Lima and glad because it was gentle and had the exact same results that I was hoping for. My skin was glowing! I felt great and spots had either gone or reduced. Helima is very experienced and since coming to have laser hair removal I have seen a significant reduction in my hair growth. She always asks where my problem areas are to concentrate on them first and she takes her time. She is very professional but very friendly too and makes you feel relaxed.
