I recently went in for a facial with Kat. Even though I had already paid for a fixed-price treatment, during the session Kat told me I needed additional treatment and, at the end, asked me to pay an extra £30. The more serious issue is what happened afterward. The treatment was two weeks ago and I still have a very visible red mark on my face. When I asked to come back for a consultation, Kat and her team questioned whether the mark was caused by them. However, the spot is exactly that one
