Extremely unprofessional from start to finish. Upon arrival the door was locked meaning I had to wait to enter, understandable if there were other customers however this was not the case. When the therapist arrived, she had to prepare a room even though there were no prior customers which led to a further delay. Despite confirming on two occasions that they did the specific treatment, the therapist was unable to do it. She also had to call another therapist and claimed "I'm still learning."
