Disappointing experience. The treatment was advertised as “DermaPen Microneedling”, yet a Dr Pen M8 was used and the clinic does not appear to be a Dermapen provider. I already own this device and could have performed the same treatment at home. I was also concerned by the technique: the skin was not stretched/stabilised during treatment and I did not observe any alcohol/antiseptic skin preparation. Most concerningly, no post-treatment/aftercare instructions were provided.
